Photography was not my profession, but I wanted to learn to take better photos and really liked Emma's style & what the Academy offered.
The more I took photos, the more I enjoyed it and I started thinking about working as a food photographer. Once again the Academy proved invaluable and in April this year I bit the bullet and set up my food photography business.
Already really pleased with how far I'd come, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to be contacted by a restaurant owner, who wanted me to take photos of his restaurant menu.
Having gone from taking some snaps on a phone to a professional paid shoot at a high end restaurant within 16 months was beyond my wildest dreams but I guess I'm proof that with the right guidance (and plenty of hard work) anything is possible.
